The real policy of personal data processing defines an order of personal data processing and safety measures for personal data processing. The person responsible for conducting this operation is Alexander Kaspersy (further—the Operator).

The operator sets as his major goal and condition for the implementation of his activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen when processing his/her personal data, including protection of the rights to personal privacy, personal and family secret.

This policy of the Operator regarding personal data processing (further – the Policy) is applied to all information which the Operator may receive about web site visitors http://dominicana.pro.

The provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain group of people;

• Also the operator collects anonymous data about visitors ( including "cookies") through such services as Yandex Metric, Google Analytics and others.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

The purpose of collecting Personal data is to notify the User about any updates via e-mails; to provide the User with access to any services, information and materials contained on the website.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

The Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, on territory, where the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign state that do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if the personal data subject provides a written agreement to cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and if the subject agrees to perform the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
